Since its establishment in August 1, 2008, OIA has been dedicated to the globalization of higher education in Taiwan and promoting international academic exchange contributing towards enhancing NCUT’s competitiveness. Enthusiastic in collaborating with universities and scholars, OIA aims to recruit brilliant international students by offering various awards, financial aid and funding. Aspiring to seek cooperation with scholars in different fields, OIA is responsible for sponsoring international conferences and conducting joint research programs. In order to build up partnership and cooperation with remarkable universities, OIA invites academic exchange programs for augmenting expertise and language skills. OIA invites students from all over the world for internship opportunities to work in the well-equipped laboratories of Nation Chin-Yi University of Technology under the guidance of college professors. The International office also organizes industrial visits to popular tourist spots and famous companies in Taiwan, which is open for international as well as local students. OIA also encourages NCUT’s students to participate in national as well as international competitions, contests and activities to broaden their international outlook. OIA operates from 9:00am – 17:00pm from Monday to Friday and all international students are welcome to visit anytime.
